Yes, we offer private airport transfers from Marrakech Menara Airport to our riad. The journey takes approximately 20 minutes. Please provide your flight details when making a reservation, and our team will arrange your transfer. Additional charges apply.
Yes, Riad Flam & Spa welcomes families with children. We offer family rooms and can provide extra beds or baby cots upon request (additional charges may apply). Please note that our riad features traditional architecture with open courtyards and staircases, so we recommend supervising children at all times.

A deposit may be required to secure your reservation.
As we are located in the heart of the medina where vehicle access is restricted, we do not have on-site parking. However, there are several secure parking lots a short walk from the riad where you can leave your car for a daily fee. Our staff will be happy to assist with your luggage from the parking area to the riad.
